My wife has celiac disease, and I love pasta. We managed to make it work by going store to store and literally rating every gluten-free pasta we can find for taste, texture, how forgiving it is to cook with, etc. We have our gold standard pastas, our backup options if the gold star isn't available, and our "let's make something else tonight, honey" pastas. Jovial has been one of our gold standards for years. It cooks up fast, has great texture compared to wheat pasta, holds sauces well, and also tastes great with just butter and parmesan. Best of all, It comes in a variety of shapes, some of which we can't find in any other GF brand. This is the perfect example, since literally nobody else I can find has farfalle! We make a couple dishes that just don't taste right with any other shape (don't judge me), so this was an exciting find! The price is also very reasonable compared to other GF pastas. 5 Stars!

I cannot express how happy I am to have found this brand of GF pasta. I kept hearing about it after I sadly found out I had a gluten allergy. I was extremely skeptical, as there is nothing I love more than pasta!!! It is SO delicious!!! Hands down the best GF pasta out there. It’s so I’ve tried their bowtie and tagliatelle and both are amazing. The texture has a great bite where so many GF pastas get mushy very easily. It definitely doesn’t make it such a bummer to be allergic to gluten when their products are so tasty!!

I have gotten this pasta before so I knew I liked it, the consistency is great, still somewhat al dente but not super chewy like some other gluten free pastas can be. I love how the bowtie pasta catches just the right amount of sauce. I love to saute some frozen stir fry veggie mix (peppers, edamame, mushroom, string beans, broccoli, onion, etc.), drizzle with a little soy sauce, maple syrup, and garlic chili sauce, then throw in the pasta after I have cooked it and stir fry a bit longer. Sometimes I will throw in some chicken or shrimp or even ground beef. Super easy quick dinner that everyone loves. Package arrived in a timely manner and intact.

This farfalle holds it's shape and cooks up to a perfect texture. It's especially good in a pasta salad. I love that it's brown rice (with that bit of extra fiber) and still tastes amazing! NOT boring at all. Get it and eat it!

I recently decided to cut gluten out, and as you all know, it’s very difficult to find products that taste good and hold up well. This has worked really well as a traditional pasta replacement and even though I tell the kids not to eat it because it’s mine they still do and absolutely love it! Lol tricks of being a mom….tell the kids they can’t have something healthy. Shocking, they eat it all.

First and most importantly these are definitely gluten free, if they were not I would definitely know (celiac disease). They are 100% safe. I used these gluten free pasta with a home made tomato sauce and several gluten-eating family members asked me to buy more. My sister wanted the URL to buy it at home where everyone eats gluten. I've also used these in soups made in an Instant Pot with great results. Like Tinkyada GF pasta this stuff is just rice, but don't worry, I'm almost certain you could fool nearly anyone by not telling them this pasta is GF. I find they need to cook longer than package directions, be sure to test before you drain like any other pasta. They hold up well in a pressure cooker. As another reviewer mentioned when cold these seem grainy, be sure to reheat any leftovers. You might not have leftovers, they are that good. The shape of this pasta somehow adds to the fun. I have a third order of these in my shopping cart, they are now a regular stock item in my pantry.

I have been experiencing with different gluten free pasta types, and shapes. I've tried about 6 ones so far. This shape and brand was just like the gluten pasta. I served it in a soup, to people who eat the gluten all the time, they also loved it. It held it shape perfectly- and was easy to cook.
