Steiner Binoculars
A bit heavy but they are 10 x 50, so they are a bit larger than my other pair of Steiner binoculars (8 x 30). HOWEVER, my experience with the Steiner 8 x 30 goes back 15 years and they have proven themselves over and over as a great investment. Both are military and marine grade— fully waterproof and very comfortable. The 10 x 50 pair I just bought came with a floatable, waterproof next strap that will make sure the binoculars will not sink. I cannot say enough good things about them.

Excellent quality, with great optics.
The quality is excellent. The autofocus feature on these is tighter (narrower depth of field) than a previous version of the same model that I use for work. Hence, I am a little disappointed as I have to adjust for nearer items and then again for farther items, which I do not have to do with the other pair. That is the only reason I marked the auto focus down a star.

Great Binoculars, but heavy
Great Clarity, but pretty heavy. Good for boat or car, but to heavy for hiking. Good quality strap and case.
