Una vez que lo saqué, no se puede retraer, aunque le gire queda afuera, solo empujando con el dedo, por lo cual se está deformando. Además es de poco pigmento, es más bien como un bálsamo humectante con color. Muy caro

Arrived not working.
The tube that extends the product was broken. The product itself is fine.

Replacement found
I searched for a replacement when another brand changed their lip balm and dropped my favorite color. This product lived up to my expectations for feel and color. Other reviews complained about the balm not retracting but the company seems to have worked it out as both of my tubes work as they should. Withheld a star since it seems a bit pricy but I will buy again.

My absolute favorite!
Love the color “blush” for a pretty pink that’s very natural but still has color. Stays on for a long time and DOESN’T taste like sunscreen! Absolutely love it!

Did not retract on its own 😩
The color and feel of the balm was great- The only challenge I had was the tune wouldn’t go down after application ad onion Nd manually push product back into the tube - not good option for a $25 lip balm - would purchase again if it retracted like a normal balm
