Makes great authentic ramen noodles
Used it twice already and it makes ramen noodles so tasty and restaurant-like. Great product and not too expensive

Works great! Use a scale.
Works great- love using this in my home made ramen. It’s important to note that a scale is needed to properly measure this.

Do not buy this
Terrible product. The jar had a plastic seal but the powdered contents were all over the outside of the jar and spilling out of the lid. You can’t trust that this is not contaminated. I had to throw it out. I ordered 3 jars and they all had the same issue.

Makes the dough maneuverable and the noodles bouncy
I don’t enjoy the smell of the product in the dough, but bear with it and the resulting noodles are very good and distinctively smell like the ones from legit ramen places. The dough became more pliable and a joy to work with, and after a few batches, I often end up using just half of the suggested amount so the smell doesn’t make me sick. If you like your noodles al dente, you’ll enjoy the bouncy texture the product brings to the cooked noodles.
