Just wondering can you get the 5g turned off so it will only use 4g? If you can how do I do that?

Go to settings , type 5g, select preferred network type, select advanced, preferred network type (again) select 5g on (automatic 5g/lte/3g/2g) then it will select the best network available. Might have posted this twice...

The one that I ordered was setup for T-Mobile service. I just added my sim card. I will say I have had multiple issues with the phone. Not receiving text messages until I open the messaging app. Loss of service constantly. Screen freezes randomly and I have to power the phone down. I would only recommend this phone as a back up.
