I have been searching for a good quality trench coat for children for some years now. The nicest I’ve seen was a Burberry which of course was an astronomical price and to me not worth it. This coat to me surpasses that. I always purchase Banana Republic trench coats for myself and this looks like it was made by them. This coat has all of the intricate details of an adult trenchcoat for women. It’s really the best quality I’ve seen and the weight of it is very nice it’s not that at all. It’s a beautiful coat. Would like to get one for next year because I know I will not find one with It’s really the best quality I’ve seen. Thinking about purchasing another for the next year or two years from now, as trench coats do not go out of style. They are a classic staple.

Fell in love with coat when I saw it..My daughter is 10 on the taller side and slim build.The jacket fits well it's not a room to grow coat but that's ok.The sleeves are on the longer side, but that's ok too as if you need to fold them over the faux Burberry style lining will be ok to see..The color of the khaki is beautiful and the details are great too.The material is of light weight I would say it's not a rain coat.Over all I liked the price I paid for it and the style.

We purchased this for my little sister, who wanted to be the Fourth Doctor from Doctow Who for Halloween. She made an adorable Doctor, and the jacket was a great addition the costume- especially because it's been a nice jacket for general use since then.The only complaint was that one of the pockets was accidentally sewn shut. The pockets look like they have a top that buttons closed, but that part is just sewn on for looks. When they sewed the bottom portion down on one, they sewed through and closed up the pocket. I was able to rip the stitches and the sew the flap down- little sister was pleased to be able to use the pocket! Not too much work, but a bit of a quality control oversight.

The coat is lovely and fits my daughter well. I would have given it 4 or 5 stars, but I've had to re-sew the belt loops after the first day of wear. My daughter is pretty easy on her clothes, and even if she wasn't, I would have expected it to last longer before repairs were needed.

I bought this for my almost 9 year old daughter who is on the tall side and is a medium weight, not to skinny and not to fat. I ordered the 11/12 years and it fits great, although I am not sure if she will be able to wear it next year but lets see. It is not snug but it fits well so there a small amount of room to grow. The quality is very nice for the price, well made. Also able to dress up or down in this coat. Love it!

This is the second time I purchased this jacket for my child, and once again, so impressed! She loved the first one so much she would not stop wearing it even when it no longer fit. The quality is amazing and I hope bigger sizes become available. I purchased the size 9-10 for my 9 year old, a little worried that it won't last her till the Fall, but the sizing is absolutely wonderful; There is a little growing room!!!

I absolutely loved this coat as soon as I unpacked it. Unfortunately, the girl I bought it for did not like it (maybe because it's not sparkly and have unicorns or cats all over it).It's a classic trench, not suitable for super cold days. More for spring and fall.The fabric was excellent quality and it looked absolutely adorable. I was sad to send it back.

I bought this trenchcoat for my niece who was a 'field reporter' in our church's Christmas program and it didn't disappoint! She's 7 years old and a bit on the short side, but the 7/8 fit her perfectly. The hood is removable, the coat is not too heavy or light. Overall seems like a decent quality cost for the price.Plus it looked amazing for the program paired with black leggings and boots.
