I've been taking this consistently for a while now and honestly have been very impressed with the difference it's made. The biggest thing I noticed was a significant improvement in my overall energy throughout the day. It's not some stimulant-type feeling, but more like my body just feels like it's functioning better overall. The most surprising change though was that I completely stopped getting canker sores after about a month of taking this regularly. I used to get them fairly often and didn't even originally buy this product for that reason, so that was a very unexpected benefit for me personally. Obviously everyone's body is different and I can't guarantee that'll happen for others, but it was a very noticeable change in my case. The taste is definitely a little funny/mineral-like, but honestly I don't care because the results have been worth it for me. After the first few times it became easy to get used to anyway. I also like that this isn't just another basic synthetic vitamin supplement. The plant-derived mineral aspect and broad mineral profile were a big part of why I decided to try it in the first place. It's hard to objectively measure everything a mineral supplement may be doing behind the scenes, but based on my experience I absolutely think this product has benefited my overall health. Ok I have had a lot of earthy awful tasting things in my life as an avid park goer & health food store patron over the last 2 decades. This takes the gold for worst taste i’ve ever had hands down. That being said, my depression has lifted & my skin is glowing after 5 days. I put some on my plants & they grew more in 5 days than they did in 3 weeks prior. Bottom line if your serious about your health, get this, just have something else ready to rid the taste after a shot of it.

Have used this product for years. It contains 77+ minerals. Minerals turn enzymes on and enzymes help run the body. If a person could only afford to start with one nutritional product, it should be minerals.
