sb components Raspberry Pi and PiFace Case/Enclosure/Box - (Clear Transparent)

I used this as an enclosure for an RPi + PiFace (bought separately, not included here.)The case is made of 2 pieces, bottom and top.The RPi snaps tightly into some locking tabs on the bottom. Then you snap the top piece on the case itself.The case gives ample access to the IO and the relays for the PiFace. Overall it looks good.Note that I don't have an RPi camera, but from what I read online it's hard to put both an RPi camera and a PiFace. I fail to see where there would be enough place for both under the case so if any one can comment on that, I'd be interested.

Shipped quickly. A little tight snapping the pi in place (which is good, holding it firmly).Only downside is there are no light-pipes for the status leds - NOT a vendor issue - the pi-face board gets in the way. Everything else is ideal.Wish there was a case for the gertboards...

This Pi Face is a nice interface, it takes some getting used to the code, but all is well. Mates nicely to the Pi.The case is great, snaps together, and has openings in exactly the right spot for the wires to your projects.

This enclosure looks good however to me it is a little lacking in the latching mechanism. I recon it needs a better lock. Otherwise it is fit for the job

Bought this as enclosure for my rapidly expanding Pi . In fact I think I will need another soon . Very strong but with easy access to the GPIO terminals .
