After a few days use, got up every morning without usual neck stiffness. Seems to help support head and neck for better sleep.

Smaller than expected, expensive.. caused tension my neck and shoulders.Had to change it.

عندي آلام في الرقبة بسبب جلوسي على الكمبيوتر لأوقات طويلة، واشتريت المخدة هذي على أساس انها راح تريحني من آلام الرقبة أو تخففها على الأقل، لكن للأسف بعد التجربة اكتشفت انها زادت لي آلام الرقبة بشكل مو طبيعي والسبب يرجع انه الانحناءات اللي فيها غير مريحة ابدًا، بالإضافة إنها جدًا قاسية ومافيها أي نعومة وتحس كأنك نايم على حجرة أو شيء قاسي. اللي يبحث عن مخدة مريحة وناعمة وتدعم الرقبة ما انصح ابدًا ياخذ المخدة هذي لأنها مضيعة للفلوس. حاليًا رجعت لمخدتي القديمة وأشوفها أفضل بمليون مرة لكن اللي جبرني اشتري غيرها انها صارت قديمة وجودتها شوي قلت من كثر الاستخدام لكن ماقصرت عالأقل جلست معاي اكثر من 5 سنين وشكلي بشتريها مرة ثانية عشان لا اتمقلب بمخدة زي هذي

I was looking for a pillow that would reduce neck stiffness and provide proper head/neck alignment when sleeping. This actually works for me. It takes a little getting used to a different style of pillow. I’ve tried other pillows and I keep coming back to this one. So, is this perfect, no (I think), but it’s the best pillow I found so far, and I no longer have neck stiffness. That’s a huge plus for me. Oh yeah, the memory foam is very soft and comfortable compared to the other 4 pillows I have used.The Mehs:1. The wings on the sides of the pillow are useless to me. I don’t sleep with my arms above my head or sleep on my stomach. but maybe you do. Personal preference, right?2. The thick side of the pillow doesn’t work for me. The thin side does. What I haven’t gotten used to yet is, I feel like my head isn’t in the middle of the pillow, but it is. This is the part where I said earlier, you have to get used to it. Well, after a few months of using the pillow, I’m getting use to it. It still feels a little weird, but it works.3. More about the thick side of the pillow. It’s not horrible. It’s still more comfortable than any of my other pillows of this type. Maybe I just need to get used to that also. Like I said earlier, I keep coming back to this pillow. Lol.In Summary:I believe what I read in other reviews - you have to get used to this type of pillow to really appreciate it. As long as it isn’t causing pain or neck stiffness, then give it 3-6 months before trying something else.I am still thinking shelling out the 100+ dollars for the Dosaze pillow.
