Tell why bought this my back , yes I know strange !! but because way I walk these actually sorted pain in my lower back , strange but true ,not felt this good in 4/5 year , wish done this sooner ,👍 Not saying cure your lower back pain but did for me !! That's good enough for me 👍

Still get pain when using. They are comfortable unlike other but not much use

I have high arches, which means there is extra pressure on my little toe, so I’ve been looking around for a good protector. This gel bunion protector is made of soft, comfortable silicone and does provide nice cushioning. One thing to note is that it can move slightly after walking for a while, so it works better if worn with a sock. The main downside is that it is quite thick. While that thickness helps with cushioning, it also makes it rather bulky inside a shoe and can end up pressing against the little toe instead. I found it fine to wear with a sock and Crocs, but for regular shoes, you would probably need something thinner.

Ive worn these with different types of shoes and they've been great. No issues with them slipping and they provide great protection. Ive even worn them on long runs for marathon training and in carbon race shoes and not had a problem. As long as you take your time putting your sock on to make sure it doesn't get pulled out of place its all good

Had an issue with the outside of my foot, which I was told was a tailor's bunion, also known as a bunionette, and is a bony bump that forms on the outside of the foot at the base of the little toe. These arrived quickly and are simple to put on, and after a few weeks, it actually helped relieve the pain and pull the little toe back out. If you have the same issue, I can certainly recommend them.

I do so much walking that my feet a kind of a mess. Nothing seems positioned right anymore with my pinky toe being hunched with a bunion like protuberance next to it. These separators were really nice - at first. They are soft, spongy and fit nicely around the tow. I think wearing them in short spurts will work. My mistake was wearing them all morning. By noon I was in a lot of pain. I will admit that while wearing them my foot was more aligned and the bunion thingy was not as noticeable. I would recommend keeping them on for an hour or two and then removing them.
