Great price and quality on this foam roller. Does a great job of cracking my back. Is very firm and very lightweight. Happy with this purchase.

It is a very hard roller. The size is manageable but if you’re looking for a roller with padding, this is not the one you want. I returned this one because I bought it for someone else and they had already purchased one, but I thought I’d give a review on it anyway it’s a very rigid non-patted dense foam roller. It’s very basic.
