I order one of this. The one I received was really awesome. Low noise and was fitting well in the bottle. I really liked it compared to my previous one. Next day, I ordered one more to keep as backup when ever batter is out of power. I received the second one and I didn't even open the box. Yesterday, the first one was out of power then I opened the second one out of the box. To my surprise, the item was completely different and poor quality. It didn't work when I try to on it. Still hoping it would work, I put it in charge too. No use, it did not work after 4 hours of charging. Returned it back. Although my first one works well, I put the low rating because of the cheating of the seller.

This Water Bottle Dispenser do the job very well, is easy to clean and long lasting the battery and you can charge any time, the only point I have is that is too noisy in special if you get up in the night to drink some water, there is another model out there that are not at all noisy.

Very Easy to use, The charge lasts a long time around 2 weeks, and it's easy to plug in to recharge. No batteries required! and the charger come with it. I have been using this device for more than 3 months and yet it works perfect for me. The device is hand size, light weight, and it suit perfectly for 5 gallon bottle, and it pour a cup of water within 8 seconds. and since I bought this pump, I have been drinking more water because its very fun to use, so I think it will be encouraging kids to drink more water.

Very poor water flow. Comes with flimsy tube with lots of kinks, not reach the bottom of the bottle. Doesn't sit well on top of the bottle. Simply doesn't work.

Very very useful product if ur getting 20l water cans.. I would definitely recommend this product.. A single charge can be used for over a week. The water flow gets automatically stopped guess after a min, which is a good feature..

Purchased mine in July of 2024. Absolutely 0 issues. Easy to use and cuts down on water bottle waste. Very durable, no leaks, tight seal on a 5 gallon jug. Battery life is ok but it is easy to charge. It looks a little funny at first, but this product is overall worth it and fantastic.
