Does the job
Last a decent amount of time (20-30mins) Using it about twice a day on a bad pain day definitely gives relief. Havent used them for heat therapy yet so i can only attest to cold therapy

5 star product BUT this is NOT helpful for De Quervain's tenosynovitis
Great design and well made but unfortunately there's not enough cooling built into the wrist and base of thumb for my needs. Likely perfect for the majority of use cases!

Nach dem Reha-Aufenthalt habe ich etwas gesucht, was eine Kälteanwendung gegen Schmerzen bei Arthrose in den Fingern für zu Hause sein könnte. Diese Gelhandschuhe erfüllen diesen Zweck. Stark gekühlt lindern sie für längere Zeit die Schmerzen. Besonders morgens sehr entlastend!
