Is It good for tactical or linear or it does good on both?

Technically you can lube both, but you might notice less of a "click" or "bump" if you lube tactile switches. Linear switches benefit the most from lube.

All lube works for any switches if you can open them. If you find a switch opener for otemu, you can lube them. Just don't buy this cheap crap.

Is this good for squeaky mouse wheels as well?

I only used it on keyboard, but I think it should work on mouses as long as you figure out where to supply.
