is this from the actual Dr Wheatgrass site? I don't want a knock off cream...the real thing did a miracle for me for my plantars faciatis!

What I did receive was the actual Dr. Wheatgrass product - and for $35.00 it should be. Like you - I have had very good results from this cream in the past. I haven't found anything else quite like it. I hope it meets your expectations.

Would the cream or the spray be more effective for mulloscum?

Both are effective as the active ingredient (wheatgrass extract) is same. However, we normally recommend Spray for molluscum as it's easier to apply and you don't want to rub it in. Apply the spray sparingly and let it sit until it's completely absorbed.

Does this product come with an implement to apply the cream internally.....since we are talking about fissures...and their rather troublesome location

No, it isn't meant to be applied internally, but you can apply around the fissure quite safely with finger cots purchased @ WalMart. Good Luck!

Which is better for an open deep leg ulcer? The spray or cream?

Spray is definitely better. If you are dealing with very fragile skin, apply Skin Recovery Spray 2 times a week only – and persevere. Cover the wound with a light gauze dressing. Don't overtreat. In about a week, the ulcer will show signs of debridement, i.e. removal of dead tissue and re-vitalization of the ulcer floor due to a return in blood circulation.
