The product is fine. I've had to take Vit D3 for many years. I would give a 5 star but next time I will purchase the soft gel because the tiny tablets become very dusty at about the middle of the bottle. Unfortunately the bottom is very dusty, so the bottle actually has less tablets. Soft tablets will do that. However, what tablets I have serve their purpose.

Works great! It’s just a little tiny pill. Easy to swallow.

Llevo un mes usando este suplemento de biotina y ya estoy viendo resultados reales. Lo compré porque tenía el cabello débil, con caída, y las uñas muy quebradizas. Después de unas semanas, noté que el cabello se cae mucho menos al lavarlo y se siente más fuerte al tacto. También me crecen las uñas más rápido y ya no se parten tan fácil como antes. La piel está un poco más suave y pareja, algo que no esperaba pero se agradece. Estoy tomando una cápsula al día con el desayuno y no tuve efectos secundarios. Además, estas cápsulas son pequeñas y fáciles de tragar.
