I love being able to brew my daily coffee without throwing away paper filters every single morning—definitely a great eco-friendly switch to save trees! A couple of tips from my experience: the flow rate on this metal mesh is naturally a bit slower than standard paper filters, so you'll want to dial your grinder to a slightly coarser setting to keep the drawdown time right on target. Also, because of the fine mesh design, you will get a small amount of fine coffee silt at the very bottom of the decanter, but it gives the cup a richer body and full-bodied flavor without paper absorption. Super easy to rinse clean, very sturdy, and highly recommended for anyone looking to make their coffee routine more sustainable! It’s most ideal for making coffee for two people and it works great directly on top of HARIO 02 cup without the metal frame.

This is fantastic! The unit does not need paper filters leaving a real coffee only taste. If your coffee is ground medium-medium fine there is no sediment in the bottom of the cup, easy to clean and if you use it consistently, you will save money by not needing to spend money on filters!

100% Game Changer! NOW instead of drinking 5+ cups of terrible Diner coffee a day, I make one single cup of pour over drip with my MISETTO stainless steel filter using a very course grind (almost kosher salt size grind) with my OWN high-end coffee beans. Cost is less than $.20 a cup compared to $4 a cup of half warm and burnt tasting DINER coffee. I never need more than one cup of my own pour through and 100% satiety is always achieved! I held off on this for so long thinking it was gonna be a hassle. I wish I had bought my gooseneck tea kettle (a must have for this operation) and my MISETTO stainless steel filter years ago. ONE LAST VERY IMPORTANT THING! This filter will not work with store-bought ground coffee. You have to invest 10 bucks in a hand, crank coffee grinder that lets you adjust the “coarseness” of the grind. IF YOU DO ATTEMPT TO USE PRE-GROUND COFFEE OFF THE SHELF EXPECT A HUGE MESS WITH NO COFFEE AS IT WILL CLOG THE FILTER IMMEDIATELY. This is my first review so apologies in advance for my rambling. That being said by this Set-Up. I also call it “my coffee rig” 🤣

My wife is the coffee drinker and she is down to drinking one cup a day. We had talked a couple of times about going the route of a pour over drip device like this. But most are plastic or require a paper filter. The screens on the cone device are perfect! This is easy to clean, is all stainless steel and was absolutely what my wife wanted. Checked every box!

**updated: I took off a star bc the support legs on the holder don’t have good enough welds to hold to the base. They have come unattached in a little over 1.5 years rendering the holder useless and the entire device unusable. So I got less than 2 years use out of this item. Not bad, but not great. I used to use a ceramic pour over with a paper cone filter. I had to buy the filters special bc it was pointed at the bottom, not flat. It was a pain. It was messy. It made great coffee, but this it’s just as good, not messy, zero waste. I’ve been using it for 6 months. No rust, looks just as good as the day I bought it. I only wash it with soap and water once per week, usually just tap the coffee into the compost bin, rinse it, and toss it on the drying towel with the other dishes, so obviously I’m not overly careful with it, either. It works perfectly every time!

This actually worked really well but after 1 year, almost to the day, the welds broke and the filter tipped over and spilled hot coffee grounds on me. So, I’m going with a different model this time.

This has become my new favorite way to make coffee. It is super fast in the mornings, compared to other ways that I have tried. Very easy to take with you if needed. Makes a good amount of coffee, and I enjoy the one cup at a time brewing for freshness. The filter is very fine and there is never sut in the bottom of my cup. Fits easily on many different types of cups. I had to look up how to use it at first. I’ll save you some time. Place the filter on top of your coffee cup. Pour your coffee grounds in the filter, then pour hot water (I like to use just boiled so it stays warmer longer) over the grounds in a circular motion to “bloom” the coffee. Put enough to just wet it, not too much right away. Next, wait around 30 seconds to let it sit, then continue to pour the remainder of the hot water in a circular motion over the grounds. I go slowly so that it has more time to brew. Let it drip until the water is all through the filter. I usually tap it at the end to get the little amount left over in the grounds. Then enjoy your hot cup of coffee right away!

The filter set sits on the glass coffee server pot perfectly with the filter in the stand. You can use the filter by itself, coffee in seconds. You get an extra mug of coffee using the stand. I use the stand on top of a coffee mug and watch through the hole as I pour hot water. I love it and will buy another if it gets slow.

I have had this for over 2 years. It works perfect. I use it min of once a day up to 3 times. I am the only one that drinks coffee in the house so it has cut down the coffee waste I pour down the drain. Considering how often it is used and cleaned, the fine mesh on the inside at the seem is coming apart. That is expected after this time and I’m am fine with that and will be buying a new one very soon. Def recommend. Easy to clean as well, just a some soap, hot water and a scrub inside and out gets it clean again. No rust even after all this time

Útil para café fino, si es molido grueso pasa muy rápido el agua pero si funciona. Fácil de usar, lavar y transportar. Excelente adquisición.

I have been using this coffee filter for over a year and it works great. I have even used it with extra fine espresso grind coffee and it makes a great cup. It doesn't fit on all coffee mugs but I can put it over a glass measuring cup just fine and pour from there if need be. I clean it immediately after use and run it through the dishwasher and it cleans up just fine. I haven't had any problems with it clogging.
