really amazing Chromebook over the popular Acer 311.after countless times of searching for a Premium feel, slight weight to it, plus screen size I chose this!while I own an HP Spectre X360, I sometimes prefer this one. mainly for battery life and it's slightly lighter and smaller than the 360.overall this is a really great Chromebook for daily stuff to do when you don't wanna use your small screen phone.(:

New Acer chromebook
Just got it and set it up. The set up was quick and easy. Everything went from chromebook to chromebook which was nice. My printer also works on the Acer Spin like on my Acer 15. So far very pleased with it and the EOU is June of 2029 which is nice. The EOU for my Acer 15 is June 2022 that's why I got the new one.

This Chromebook is horrible and we regret purchase
We are very disappointed in this Chromebook. We have had it for about a year and I was hoping it would improve before I left a review, but it has gotten worse and its almost unusable. It freezes up when browsing every single time and the only way to resolve is to use shut down button and lose everything that was open. The touchscreen is useless, it makes things even worse. Its so bad we avoid using it except for paying bills or whatever. Researching, browsing, shopping - forget it! Very bad decision, bad purchase, bad product.

Great for HS/College Student
My daughter's previous chromebook had expired, so we purchased this for the new school year. It arrived quickly and was easy to set up. She likes the touch screen and the versatility plus the backlit keys are a nice features. So far, it's working great for all her classes and I ordered a second one for my college-aged son.

Solid Chromebook upgrade
This device is a replacement for an earlier ACER Chromebook that no longer receives updates. This 514 Flip Chromebook is a powerful performer and is a solid product.

Open Box or Refurbished....Not New!
Nothing in the write up regarding being an open box or refurbished item. My box arrived with the seal broken and even had the past shipping labels from Best Buy to the original purchaser. Not a big fan of the deception....should be disclosed that the Chromebook is not new. After one day, all looks good and seems to be performing well.
