FIT ON FORM Infinity Weighted Hula Hoop (Blue)

Who knew I’d be a hula-hooper in my 30s! I have struggled with my weight my entire life and this hoop is truly helping me stay active and lose weight. I wasn’t able to do the recommended 30 minutes at first, but I worked myself up to it and did my first 30 minutes yesterday! It feels like a full body workout! My core is engaged, and I can feel it working in my butt and legs a lot! To get my arms more involved, I hold them out to my sides, in front of me, or above my head for as long as I can while I hoop. It’s much more fun than a treadmill, I promise you that. I can still breathe comfortably while I workout, but I am burning a wicked sweat! My heart rate is definitely up while I hoop! I am a teacher, and it’s been easy to use during summer vacation. I am looking forward to seeing if I can keep up when I get back to my normal work schedule. Overall, I’m so glad I got it! It’s easy and quick to put on. I don’t have to leave the house to use it, and that’s a big plus! Many people talk about how loud the hoop is when using it, but it’s plastic vigorously rubbing on plastic. The sound should not be a deterrent if you are serious about losing weight. I listen to music and start hooping! The time goes by quickly and it’s over before you know it! Update: I am three days shy of my one month trial of the hoop, and I have seen drastic changes in my body. Today, I took off my first link, equivalent to 2 inches. The hoop has been easy to use every day and I truly enjoy using it. I cannot recommend this enough.

I was skeptical at first because I'd seen so many of these marketed. When I got it, it took a bit of fiddling to get it adjusted- the weighted ball has a length adjustment which affected how it spun for me at first, but it was easy to fix. The hoop itself is also very easy to add/remove links as needed. Once I got everything to fit and move how it was supposed to, I did 15 minutes for a first try, and I was pleasantly surprised how low-impact, yet effective the workout was. The hoop was comfortable to wear over some light clothes and didn't bite into my skin at all. The next day I was sore like I'd done a much tougher workout! The only downside I would say is the sound, but it's not terrible- it's about what I would expect for a modular item such as this. For the price, I would say it's very much worth it to give it a shot.

The only reason that I gave this 4 stars is because it make A LOT of noise. The track is not smooth and gets caught up easily. There is no designed section for removal so the slots get worn out which in turn makes the track separate. HOWEVER, it makes you have to work a little harder and gets the heart rate up. I use it almost every day.

I have enjoyed and had no issues whatsoever with this weighted hoop. I was able to purchase it on sale rather than paying the astronomical price one usually pays for an Infinity hoop. The links are sturdy and I have no issue with any breaking. The weighted ball is not loud or in any way annoying like I expected it would be. It is a fun activity and I can do it while enjoying TV. I'm not sure exactly how many inches I have dropped already but I have lost 32lbs with this, healthier eating and assistance of Zepbound. None of my pants fit anymore so I need new pairs before I can work out much or they fall down while I'm hooping! It is easily stored in the box which slides neatly under my bed. It is comfortable to have on and has not given me any irritation problems like some I have read about from other brands. The links assemble easily and disassemble as well, but without simply falling off or causing any issue to my workout.

So I got this based on the video reviews that said it is easy and fun and effective. I am a big girl, pushing 300 lbs, and I wanted something I could do in front of the TV that I might actually use. The hoop arrived nicely packaged, and was pretty easy to put together, especially if you squeeze the "inner" link together just a little. But be aware, that not everyone is a natural at this. The first night I tried it, I was terrible at it. The only circles of the ball were all a result of me throwing it to start it. I just couldn't keep it going. Then my 23 year old son tried it and of course, he could do it within just a couple tries! So some people are good right away, but not me, but I'm also not one to give up easily. The second night I tried again and was almost as bad. I tried shortening the rope but that didn't work for me, but I think I shortened it too much. I also think I was trying to use too much hips, but really this really needs more of a back and forth motion of your whole body. The third night I started hopping back and forth from foot to foot and what do you know, I was able to keep the weight going, but with a lot of effort. The hopping quickly wore me out, I went maybe 5 minutes. The fourth night I shortened the rope just a little, so kind of medium length, not as much as before. I also figured out that I had the hoop way too loose and low on my hips, so I took out a couple of links and that moved it way up over my stomach. This seemed to make it much easier and I was able to hop smaller and go for longer, about ten minutes with only 4 or 5 "restarts". I also found that it helped when my feet were further apart and one foot was a little forward. Tonight is one week later, and tonight I was finally able to keep the weight going with out having to hop. I could just shift my weight back and forth. I was also able to change positions with first one foot a little more forward for a while and then the other foot. This helped my back and knees to not ache. And I was able to keep going with just a few "restarts" for a whole half hour! Now, is it fun...well I like it better than riding an exercise bike or walking on a treadmill. I keep it right on the coffee table, and so far I have used it almost every night. I do see myself using it most nights. I do feel my heart rate up a little, so I'm getting more activity than before and that's a good thing. Time will tell if it is effective. No matter how hard I try, nothing has changed my weight more than 5 pounds in several years, so if this makes a difference I will be very happy. It might take a long time, but hey, the best exercise equipment is the equipment you will actually use.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fun & Effective Once You Get the Hang of It! The FIT ON FORM Infinity Weighted Hula Fit Hoop is definitely a challenge at first, but once you get the rhythm down, it becomes super fun and effective for a workout! The hoop has a bit of a learning curve, but once you figure out the motion, it’s surprisingly easy to use and feels like a great workout. Why I Love It: ✔ Great exercise – Works your core, legs, and hips while burning calories. ✔ Adjustable size – You can customize it to fit your body size, which helps with control. ✔ Durable & sturdy – The hoop feels solid, and I don’t worry about it breaking while using it. ✔ Fun – Once you get the hang of it, it’s a blast, and the time flies by! It took me a couple of tries to get comfortable, but now I look forward to my hula hoop sessions. If you're willing to put in a little practice, this hoop is a fantastic and fun way to get in shape! 🌟💪

I was excited to order this because I thought it seemed like a good way to get a little indoor exercise. I also liked the fact that it was a piece of equipment that didn’t take up half the room and could be stored on a shelf. It’s a great idea but it just didn’t work for us. I had three adult family members try this and we all struggled with it. There were two hinged joints where it would always get hung up. Twice when we were using it more briskly to keep it moving past those spots, the hinged area disconnected which caused the weight to go bouncing across the room.

Overall, I like it. The weight feels good, and I like that you can easily add more weight as you improve. It works very smoothly in one direction. However, when spinning it the opposite way, it tends to "jump" instead of rotating smoothly, and it's noticeably louder than my previous weighted hula hoop. It still gets the job done, but I wish the movement was smoother in both directions.

Works great

One star because customer service ghosted me! Bought this product, all seemed fine until the 4th use and then the ‘3 baring truck’ they’re so proud of shattered into pieces! Emailed customer services who were initially responsive but after they asked for a screenshot of the order on my Amazon account. I sent this immediately but it’s been complete radio silence since then. Considering this supposedly best on the market product breaks after 4 uses, you might as well try one of the cheaper alternatives.

The plastic material is not of good quality. The use of the exercise is good.

Difficult to put on every time and then remove it.
