This steam mop does the job nicely - on Max power setting from full tank we cleaned about 45 sq meters of (mostly) tiles and laminate quite easily. Next time we will try on medium setting as there was clearly visible wetness left to dry out, but there were no smears after drying (took maybe 3 mins in the room temperature) which was good. Compared to traditional wet mop followed by dry to remove any smears this one was much easier and faster to use.Delivery was faster than stated, arrived without any damage to packaging.I need to take away one star as there is no mention anywhere that plug is EU standard, and no adapter was attached - glad I had one on hand rated adequately (13A) otherwise it would be unpleasant surprise .
