Received the wrong color
Initial impression is that the scooter is good; however, I ordered a white one and received a black one.Update: yadea reached out and despite the incorrect color being sent by Amazon fulfillment, gave us a credit. Overall scooter is great, and performs as advertised.

Two months after purchase and the Handle bar latch snapped
This was my only mode of transportation to and from school for the past two months, and on the way to an important meeting, the latch snapped in half and sent me flying into the roadway. I would not recommend this product, take the time to save up for a more sturdy model.

Very well made, sturdy scooter with smooth ride, but small deck and low range.
The YADEA KS3 is one of the better made scooters I have, and I have several. It had a solid frame, very little rattle while riding and very smooth braking (with both front and back controls). The folding lock is also very easy to work, so there is no need to struggle — as with other scooters. Acceleration on the YADEA KS3 is smooth and it tops out at around 16-17MPH. Is also has no trouble handling my weight, which is above 200 lbs. The display is bright, so it is easy to read during the day also. The downside to the YADEA KS3 Is the range. It only goes for around 15 miles before needing a recharge. Recharging the scooter also takes a few hours, so you aren’t able to just “top it off and go”. Most of my scooters are in this price range and all have a higher range, with one being over double. The deck width is also a little slim, which works well for my wife, but no so great for me. My size 11 feet are just too cramped on the smaller deck.All-in-all though, the YADEA KS3 Is one of the best built scooters I have. It is also a lot of fun to ride. This is my wife’s favorite scooter, as she love the looks, smooth ride and braking. We just can’t take it around town, so it is reserved for smaller trips.

Horrible! Only 7.7 mile range with constant fender rattling
8/13/2022 UPDATE:It's been 3 weeks so far, and apparently an unconcerned Yadea has been unresponsive and has not offered any help or even extended a simply apology. There is apparently no intention by Yadea to offer good customer service when there's a problem with your Yadea scooter. I'm mystified, surprised, and extremely disappointed in Yadea's concern about customer happiness with their products.Original Review Below:I own the KS3. I'm a 170lb man. After fully charged, I only got 7.7 miles before the last bar started flashing. The description of a 19 mile range is an excessive exaggeration (if not plain deceptive).About 1/2 of the range was in "sport" mode (15mph), and the other half of my range was 10mph. All flat and paved road. No hills.During initial ride, the back fender kept rattling, making the ride extremely irritating. (Yes, it still rattles.)On closer inspection, nearly all the tiny hex screws in the body were lose. They are cheap (not stainless steel) screws which strip easily. (I use an expensive hex tool set, too.)After tightening everything up (30 minutes), the annoying rattle still exists. There is no support for the very back of the (plastic) fender so it vibrates like crazy. After complaining about the rattling fender to Yadea, they unreasonably asked me to take a video of the rattling fender. That's dangerous! I'm still stuck with no help from them. No follow-up with me as if I was an annoying customer.I'm extremely disappointed in the product and customer service.
