Great quality. Smells so fresh. Really good. But packaging isn't good. Need to store in different box.

Prior to buying this product, I had used Girme's wheatgrass powder, which is expensive for no reason, and Urban Platter wheatgrass powder, which was reasonably priced, but much more expensive than this one. Both were good, but I was wondering, why the wheatgrass powder has to be that expensive. Then I found this product on Amazon. It was selling for around Rs. 400 for 500 grams (price today, on 19 Dec 2021, is even less). It seemed like a value for money product, and just to give this one a try as well, I bought it. The product that I received was recently manufactured and sealed well. It came in a plastic pouch, as shown in the pictures, but I was hoping that it might come in a plastic jar, as some reviews had a picture of a jar. Coming to the product itself, it is not as green as the Urban Platter one. Getting it out and putting it in a container is a bit of a problem. I lost some quantity in trying to transfer it to Urban Platter jar. I have it every morning empty stomach, with lemon water. The taste of almost every wheatgrass powder is more or less the same, and this one is no different. The issue I have with this product is that, even though it seems like that it is finely grounded, but it is not. It is a bit coarse and you do feel tiny particles in your mouth. Generally speaking, wheatgrass may or may not have any scientifically proven health benefits, but after using wheatgrass powder for around 3 months, I think it brings fasting blood sugar level down by around 10 points. Also, it may be able to keep the daily blood sugar level in check. And, it also seems to give some relief from acidity problem. The effectiveness may vary from person to person. I would have given this product 5 stars, if it was grounded properly and was packed in some container. Because it is not, so I am deducting one star. But it is perhaps the least expensive of all the wheatgrass powders selling on Amazon. Update 31-Dec-2021: After using it for 10-12 days more, I have realised that it is perhaps a bit dry, when compared to Urban Platter wheat grass. Taste of Urban platter one was better. I had recommended this Ved Tattva one to a few first time users, and they did not like it. But to me, it is fine at this price.

It's a great food or vitamin suppliment. Feels great energy. Currently taking twice after meals. 1Tsp each time. Good for energy and memory retention. I recommend for all irrespective of age.

This was my second pack. Taste was bit bitter. But for quality and price this is go to.
