What arm size does this fit?

It fits forearm circumferences from 7 to 14 inches. Measure below the elbow. The Velcro is fully adjustable for a perfect fit on most arms.

Can I wear this while lifting weights?

Yes! It stabilizes tendons during gripping exercises like deadlifts or pull-ups. It helps reduce pain significantly during heavy lifts.

Does this help with Golfer’s Elbow too?
