Good shaker the blender works amazing but the plastic is fragile if you drop the shaker on the ground.

The first try I put the water first than the powder and turned it on. It was not working good. I started to look at reviews and realized to put the water first, turn it on and then pour the powder slowly. Waaaaay better. That’s why it’s good to read reviews of how to use it lol. Great product for when I’m at work and there is no blender

I have the stainless steel. Product arrived with a dead battery. Finally received a replacement after over 2 months of going back and forth with support. It’s works great for mixing my pre workout, creatine, and protein. Durability would be my only issue because the constant screwing and unscrewing of motor when it’s needs to be washed. Screws to the bottom of mixer cup with just 4 tiny plastic tabs and mixer cup itself is plastic and seems like it would break if I ever dropped it on the floor. Would I buy this again? Probably not, will go back to shaker bottles when this can no longer be used.

I purchased this electric shaker hoping it would make my protein shakes easier to mix, but it has been nothing but a headache. The lid is not sealed well, and every time I try to drink from it, the shake leaks all over my face and shirt. It’s incredibly frustrating and defeats the purpose of a portable shaker. To make matters worse, I reached out to the company’s customer service through their website, and I have yet to receive any response. It’s been quite some time, and the lack of communication is unacceptable. I expect better quality and service, especially for the price I paid. I am requesting a return or exchange for a properly functioning shaker. If the company sees this, please respond to my initial message and resolve this issue promptly. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this product unless you’re okay with a leaky mess and unresponsive customer service. Feel free to adjust the wording to better fit your experience.

The motor never worked, would show a full charge but nothing moved. Has to send back. They sent me a new one and it worked perfectly

I think these are a really good concept, but it just doesn't work as good as it could. First off, you could never fill this all the way up with the water, milk, almond milk, or whatever liquid you use, before adding the protein powder. This cup would throw your protein shake everywhere!! So if you make a large protein shake with multiple scoops of protein, definitely steer away from this cup! It says to add the liquid first and then turn on the base to create the "tornado" and then add in the protein powder to get the best mix, however as stated previously it cannot be a large shake without a mess. This cup can also be challenging to clean. While you can add soap and warm water and then attach the base and turn it on and let it clean itself, this is really only a good option if you are able to clean it right after use. If the shake remnants sit it for a little while, cleaning it that way will not get everything off and then you have to try to clean by hand and be super careful not to break the mixing component located at the bottom of the cup. Cleaning the lid, be sure to remove the silicone ring and clean under where it was. This lid also had weird grooves that can be challenging to clean unless you have a small brush. I also found these cups to retain an odor even after cleaning which is not my favorite. Again, I think this could be a really good cup, it just doesn't work for me with its current design.

I got this to replace a different shaker that I had purchased the other one just did not work. This one I've had for a while now the battery holds up very well it seems to stir very strong I have not had any issues with any of my protein powder mixes or anything else I've thrown in this.

After about a year (without using it that much) the battery won't charge anymore. Took this blender with me on a holiday and it was rubbish. Fully charged it would last 30 seconds on a very low intensity... It's like you expect to have a 'Usain Bolt blender', but it acts like an 'Old lady with a walker blender'!!! Most dissapointing product I ever ordered online.

When I first saw these I thought they were a fad, another gimmick. Eventually I bought one after looking at a few videos. My initial reservation were soon dampened, I can say this has been one of my best purchases, it is an excellent product. The pros- -Excellently made, good materials, absolutely does not leak, everything is high quality as can be for a shaker. -Good size, the motor unit is tiny and easily clips on or off. -No leaks anywhere. -Easy to clean, 5secs with a bottle brush or just use the motor to spin some washing up liquid around. -Good battery life. -Ive used this for scrambled eggs, protein shakes, banana shakes (banana needs squishing first in skin) i had no problem with thick shakes. Bullet proof coffees with cold milk first I wouldn't put boiling water in first for safety. I don't have cons but what I have observed or would like- -The actual blade should be made stronger, it does it's job but why not a harder plastic one or metal. -no reason that a future model cant have a stronger motor and blade. Saying that this is a protein shaker and it does it's job excellently and then some. A warning some colours I think the blue one still come with a micro USB, I'd make sure you get the USB C version. You get one years warranty when you register. I think if you look after this it should last a while. Highly recommended!
