I used them in my monster cookies and they turned out great! Awesome for melting into my cake batter and ganache mix.

Yes. Melt 3/4’s of what you need then add in the last 1/4 into the already melted chocolate

Q: Is this chocolate good for making Easter eggs and candy?

I tempered the chocolate and used it in a silicone half round mold that was filled with lemon mousse, ganache, and strawberry coulis. It tempered perfectly and was shiny and perfect at room temp, so I think it’d be ideal for making chocolate Easter eggs! The key is tempering .
