Q: Will this feed through 1/2 conduit with multiple 90° elbows in it and pull 14g wire back through?

Not a problem at all. I just used to run 2 outdoor outlets from my attic about a 40-50 ft run with 3 elbows and had no issues!

Q: Will this pull an extension cord through a 3” conduit?

If there is nothing else in the 3" conduit, I would think so. If you connect it properly and pull it with someone feeding it smoothly.

Q: Can this work with open cell spray foam insulation?

It might not. Its hard to use this with just regular insulation. Electrical sticks might work better.

Q: what are the deminsions of the housing ?

The diameter of the body is 8.5 inches and 1 inch thick, the handle adds 1.625 inches to the diameter.

Low Cost Yet Effective

Worked great...low cost...don't need this often but when I do, it's nice to have an effective, low cost tool to pull wires through. I used it to pull my in-ground pool light cable from the pool to the power source underground about 30-feet away. Super easy!

Overall, this is a solid and reliable fish tape. It’s flexible enough to get through tight spots and the steel feels sturdy. I used it for work and it made the job much easier. The handle is okay, but could be a bit more ergonomic for extended use — it starts to feel uncomfortable after a while. Still, it gets the job done well and I’d buy it again

I do light DIY electrical work and I've been looking for a practical not-too-expensive fish tape. The RamPro 50ft fish tape is made of steel and comes with a easy-to-carry housing, too. Good price, did what it says, has oil on it i guess to prevent rust. Only wish it had something to lock it in place so it would not uncoil. I tied or tapes it down so it won’t unwind.
