Q: What is the rubber coating made out of?

This is what it says in the product description: “With supper soft non-slip silver pvc coated on 1.2cm thickness strong metal body, non-slip rubber will prevent slipping, snagging or tearing your clothes.” It says both rubber and pvc. That being said, my guess is that the “rubber” on these hangers is synthetic rubber since pvc is a synthetic material. I would suggest googling how synthetic rubber or pvc is made if you need a more thorough answer.

Q: does the hanger hook rotate?

Q: Ok so if it prevents shoulder bumps does it stretch out clothes from the neck area?? Or is it all good all the way around ?

I’ve been using these hangers for months now. I have had no issues with the neck area becoming stretched out. There is a tackiness to the hangers, so I would imagine if a shirt was put on the hanger in a stretched out position, it could possibly stretch out the neckline. That would also depend on the type of shirt material, too. Bottom line: if used correctly, these hangers are great. Make sure to align the shoulder seams with the hanger arms & keep the neck area in a natural position (not stretched).
