Very Nice Quality, Fit and Finish, Operates Flawlessly
Got this for heating stuck nuts, bolts and screws on smaller items for which a larger torch won't work. Nicely made, excellent fit and finish; in fact, when I went to purchase a canister of butane, I saw a couple of US-branded torches (also made in China) and they were a good deal higher in price but looked lower in quality. Go figure...Filled about halfway and it fired on the first click. Flame control has good range with flange at base large enough for easy, hands-free operation. If your butane supply has too short of a filler tube, this comes with some handy extenders/adapters as well.

Great Utility Torch
I was in need of a torch for a number of projects and was tired of using smaller lighters. I decided on this one based on the large number of positive reviews and I can confirm they were accurate. For the affordable price, the build quality is very solid and so far it is very versatile because the flame adjustment excellent being able to go from a very small flame to large very reliably which has not always been my experience with similar torches. So far it seems very reliable and durable but only time will tell. I already ordered a second one to keep in my shop.

Great tool, filling sucks.
Love these, but hate filling them. They work great and I really like the trigger on it. I have another brand that has a button on the back and it is a lot more cumbersome to use than this one. Plenty of heat for whatever job you need it for, turn it wide open and there is a monster flame. I use it mostly turned all the way down, it still has enough heat that I have to be careful if I'm working on wiring. The overall design is good, just one real problem.Filling them sucks. You waste 2/3 of the butane container because the fill pin is too small for most butane container nozzles. I have the same issue with the other brand of torch. I use Ronsonol and Weller brands, so they aren't some strange knockoff butane system.

Simple to charge, even simpler to use.
Simple to charge, even simpler to use. I've needed one of these for a while; but finally decided to make the purchase. It's well made, functionality is exactly what I expected, and the size fits my hand easily. the torch flame was adjusted perfectly. It looks very well built.

love the way these work but dont last and the failure is dangerous
OK so this is my second torch of this type. First one, while I was using it to shrink wrap a small wire splice, I heard a high pitched POP almost a crack and the whole thing burst int0 flames. I contacted amazon and they said it was not returnable [read the fine print] but they were very helpful and refunded me the cost. So I went out and found a difference seller and purchased same type with very littler difference in look. but had a much higher review and cost a couple more bucks. Well right on cue another crack almost pop, but I stopped using it right away. So, I disassembled this one and found something very dangerous. the 2nd photo is the feed tube that goes from the valve to the drefuser on the torch head. this tube is not made of good material and is prone to splitting which will allow the flame to barely stay lit but allows the majority of the gass to leak out inside the housing till it catches the flame. This is very scary because your whole hand a area you are working will flash over in a huge fireball. It was enough to catch my facehair and paper towels on the bench to light. I was looking over the work at te time and the fireball rose straight up into my face singing my face hair [chest hair, mustache, eye brows, eye lashes, and sideburns. Plus receive a very light 1st degree burns [very light, lasted barely 2 days] on cheeks lips and forehead . disassembly is easy and the bad parts was obvious as soon as you pulled the trigger. I was lucky enough to have some Cox fuel line for an micro .025 engine that fit like a glove. plus I glued the h0ose to the brass fittings for extra safeguard. Now it works and I feel safe. Do not trust these torches [ any of them] they can very easily blow a flame ball at your face and if I did not have firefighting training, I would have most defineately freaked out, because all you could see is a fireball at you nose!!

Not a bad deal. Can’t take King Blazer’s place
For $20 torch, this one’s pretty good, although it’s a Blazer. The flame outline is not as crispy as it should be nor is the length as long as it should be. It’s also a little too fat for daddy, but it is a very close second to King Blazer. I really like the silicone foot pad and the fact that the canister is middle this indicating that there was some quality put behind the torch. I expect the PA spark to go out at some point but for now and for $20, it’s a it’s a pretty damn good buy. If you don’t wanna spend 60 bucks on the torch, this is a good compromise at 20.
