Ours actually goes much faster then it is listed as, with my 12 year old son who weighs 85lbs it goes 23mph, and with me on it , it goes 21 mph I’m 185 lbs,(This is on pavement) I don’t know if we just got extremely lucky or what but this thing moves, we put a digital speedometer on it

Do you think this is too small for an 11.5 yr old? He's on the slightly taller side for his age...

It's probably not going to last him much longer. My 8-11 year old has been perfect on it. My 13 and 15 year old still ride it but they are too tall for riding very long, heck, I even ride it. But if they are on the tall side it will be too small for daily use.
