I ordered set as a gift for family member. The order came in on time but etching was poor quality and flaking. I reached out to the seller who responded quickly and redid the glasses for me. I just received the replacement and they look very nice—very happy with the new item and the quick response from the seller.

I like the glasses. My only complaint is that the etching is not very prominent. The white colored writing needs to be darker white. Overall happy though!

I lived the quality of the whiskey glasses and they were wrapped in bubble wrap and individual boxes.
