Good product I went and had a brain spect scan at the Amen clinic and this was prescribed to me.. for some reason it made me very tired when taking it in the am so the Dr I saw changed the dose to be taken at night and it was much better. Good quality supplement from Brainmd and Dr Amen.. class act all the way ..

This supplement is great. I noticed an almost immediate difference in afternoon brain fog lift...alertness in the morning before coffee. I rely on honest commentary before purchasing a product on Amazon, so I owe it to the community by giving back and sharing my honest review of BrainMD lithium orotate.
