Wow! What can I say?! My tongue was almost completely white before I bought and used this and every mug of tea or coffee I drank turned it a horrible brown. I didn't realise it at the time, but it was affecting my taste too and probably giving me whiffy breath no matter how much I brushed my teeth and tongue. I've got an electric toothbrush and I was brushing my tongue as well as my teeth but it didn't seem to make any difference......until I got this into my hand and then everything clicked into place.I took it too far into my mouth which made me gag, but that was purely my fault and I eventually learnt my lesson.I barely noticed the difference the first time which was disappointing, but decided to give it a decent shot because I'd never used a tongue scraper before so maybe it just took a few uses before it made a noticeable difference?I've used it three or four times now and the difference is incredible!I've got a pretty much clear tongue and my taste has come back!The only slightly negative is the way you open the case... you push the button in rather than push down or pull up, but I'm sure I'll get used to that soon... it's like the gagging, just experimenting for a while!If you've got a stubborn coating on your tongue or you've lost some of your taste, first off, get yourself to a doc just to be sure, but if they say there's nothing medically/dentally wrong with you, get this incredible device paid for and used and then hopefully, after a few uses, your taste and confidence will come back too!
