It works, so that is great, but I really loved the way that it looked and I’m disappointed that it doesn’t maintain it.

I bought the pink one and it protects and was so pretty when I received it. Perfect fit - shipped fast. Replaced a broken one and was so pleased to have it arrive faster than expected.

I only gave it four stars because of the color. The plastic is not a solid pink, but slightly transparent. Because of the pump being black and that color coming through, the pink is not a vibrant pink. And in the front, where the plastic thins out, it is appears light pink/white in color. You can see the color fading in the side view picture. So, going just on looks, I was dissappointed. As for function, I like it a lot. I have had my pump, with original case, for about five months. This new case about a week. Because the metal clip is thinner, the whole pump feels less bulky. I always thought my pump felt "clunky" when in its case, but this one does not feel that way. I can charge with no problems, and even change the cartridge without taking the case off. Before I had to run the cord through the case, but with this one you just leave the case on. I have found the button on top is harder to push, as it is now covered, but with time I am sure I will get used to it. I guess it's better to have it protected. Overall, I like my new case and am glad I bought it. It functions well. I just wish they would have used a solid color plastic so the color would have been more vibrant.

I really like the gripper on the metal clip. Very secure and won’t slip off leaving my pump hanging from my skin unlike the original case that just has the metal clip and no gripper attached and fell off at least 2 times a day. Talk about aggravating. Interesting that on this case the packaging said sold in France only 🤔 and the ones available on Tandems site for the USA is the version that falls off with no gripper attached to the metal clip.. why was it sold like that 🤷♀️
