Good for sore knees and trigger points. It works well, and stays cold for quite awhile. It would be nice if it were a bit longer or with an adjustable handle, but overall a good purchase.

Bought this for post op pain after total knee repacement. I LIKE the round shape; it rolls freely and can easily get behind my knee for targeted pain and swelling relief. It gets super cold in the freezer and refreezes quickly. Lasts for a long enough period for treating target areas. It has a short handle so it does have limited reach - which might be an issue for some prople. For my needs it works well in reaching knee and leg areas and provides relief. I wish I had ordered this roller weeks ago!

Very impressed with this product, though placing in freezer for 20 minutes is recommended; this is not necessary. This product is cold during use/application. Product is constructed sturdy, not convinced that this is fully ergonomic; I do switch orientation during use. I apply CBD ointment to affected area (MCL torn) and works as described. Cost is reasonable and I am pleased with this purchase.

I just received this today but I think every house should have one. I placed it in the freezer for the recommended 2 hours. It was colder than I expected for a short period of time in the freezer. It rolls freely with little effort allowing the user to decide how much pressure they wish to use. I’ve already recommended it to several friends

I have severe, inoperable carpal tunnel syndrome in my right hand. There are a variety of cooling/freezer products to ease the burning sensation and pain, but this particular roller allows me to really wrap my fingers around the ball and get relief in a way that no freezer gel ice pack can. And it stays cold a long time by comparison, takes up no room at all. Love it so much I bought a second one. Highly recommended.

Excelente para hacer masajes y relajar. Con el frío se siente gran alivio. Solo resaltar que no dura tanto tiempo frío haciendo masaje, pero creo es lo normal debido al intercambio de calor, no puede ir en contra de las leyes de la física :) Muy recomendado

I like this so far. If you keep it in the freezer for at least an hour it will keep frozen for over an hour and chilled for another hour. It’s smooth with a little pressure. If you’re looking for loads of pressure, I would get one that rolls on the floor as this is handheld. I didn’t like that the label on the handle started to fade already since I got this Friday and used it maybe twice. Let’s hope this tool lasts longer than the label.
