Initially, I loved this computer. I had no issues. At exactly 1 year from purchase date, the computer would not turn on. Had it tested by local repair shop and was told that the motherboard was fried. I've had computers that lasted for many many years. Amazon's return and warranty policy is great . They are going to refund me the full amount paid. Only thing that sucks is that it cost me $150 for the local repair shop to diagnose the issue and to back up allmy files on a USB drive. I think I'll stick to better name brand computers

I've purchased many of these for clients and have been involved with setting them up and using them. For most businesses this is a very nice computer. It saves room, works fast and is quiet. The 27" display is a huge plus. My clients love their new upgrade!

Key board I notices doesn't always work. Meaning when I type it misses a letter every so often but really not that bad.

This arrived two days faster than what was estimated. Bonus! I opened this bad boy up and it looks even more cool in person. The 27" screen is huge. It's a vast improvement from my 15" laptop. It's very easy to set everything up. You can freely upgrade to Windows 11; which has a built-in virus protector. Bonus two! This computer is fast! I can run three instances of BlueStacks at the same time. Bonus three! BlueStacks is an emulator used on a PC to emulate an android phone. I bought this computer to play games on, and it's performing way past my expectations. It plays The Sims 4 with the highest graphic settings beautifully. Zero issues with the frame rate. Bonus four! Ive been using this computer for a lil over two weeks now and I'm finding cool new ways to customize this gaming rig. I'm really enjoying learning the bells and whistles of this computer. I'm thinking about buying another one as a late xmas gift, too.

So far I quite like it. However, the USB dongles for mouse and keyboard were not included, so I had to go out and buy keyboard and mouse before I could do anything. So, now I have a useless keyboard and a useless mouse waiting for trash collection. [later] Unable to register device at acer website. Message says already registered. However, it does not appear in my device list on the acer site. An acer chat "helper" told me that this is a "very common problem." In other words, I got no help at all. One more incident and I will change my rating to one star.

The computer itself is very nice looking and easy to set up. My biggest complaint is the sound quality. My older Acer had a much better sound quality. I practically have to turn the volume fully up to hear anything. I have added external speakers (which I did with my old computer as well) but I can still hear a noticeable difference between my old computers sound quality and the new one. Updating tried new blue tooth speaker. The speaker works great with my phone and old computer. It goes in and out with the new computer. Really wish I had not bought this computer.

As compared to some of the other reviews, I had no problems setting this Acer 27" up! I would recommend for anyone that works from home, which is where I work from. I have always trusted Acer computers and this one did not let me down!

I bought this to replace my all in one dell 24 inch computer which was approximately 7 years old. I did not know what to expect other than the reviews that were written and the machines internal components. The screen is not spectacular. My old Dell was a touchscreen and the picture quality was better on my old machine. My old machine was also very quiet. This one makes noise when doing anything other than web browsing. It also puts off some heat. I am hoping that it holds up well but was disappointed in the overall general quality. I just expected that something so much newer would be so much better. I should have waited a few more years I guess.

AFTER BUYING IT FIRST IT WORKED FINE BUT AFTER 15 DAYS THE SCREEN FLICKED AND WHEN I WENT FOR A WARRANTY THEY RETURNED AND SAID WE CAN'T FIX IT. AND FOR FURTHER INFORMATION I VISITED ACER SERVICE CENTER.
