I am extremely sensitive to vitamins and find that most of them make me nauseous no matter if I take them with food or not. These vitamins do not do that and I love that I can take them anytime of day and still feel ok. The size is also important to me so I don't gag. I have put them on subscription so I never run out and even my husband has started taking these with no issues. Solid reputation and good price.

Seem to be just what I need. Tried the regular ones for women and could tell the difference in how I felt.

I am a woman who is almost 70 years old. When I retired a few years ago, I started noticing the crepey skin on my arms and blood spots on my hands when I bumped things, especially if I got scraped on a cardboard box. The doctors all told me that those are an age-related thing and to live with it. There is nothing they could do about it. Lately, these things seemed to be getting worse, and I was feeling tired and washed out, so I decided I should probably start taking a multi vitamin. After looking at several, I decided on these, partly, because this brand has been around for decades. So anyway, I ordered these and started taking them on Jan 10. It is now Feb 28, and I can't believe the difference. All of the blood spots on my hands have healed up and I haven't developed any new ones. Because I work in the yard and garden ( and have several cats and dogs), I am usually covered in scratches. The ones I had healed, and any new ones are healing much faster than normal. The big thing that simply amazes me is that the crepey skin on my arms is almost completely gone. There is still some lines left, but they are getting better as time goes on. If I take these on an empty stomach, they will cause some upset, especially if I drink coffee soon after. If that happens, I just eat a little something and it stops it. These taste and smell like sugar cookies, which I find nice, but sort of strange since the product for men doesn't have any smell at all. These are a little on the larger size, but not huge. The coating makes them easy to swallow. I guess that I was very depleted in my vitamins and minerals, this product has helped me so much it is unbelievable. I will be repurchasing.

I bought this for my mom and she loved it. I would give 5/5 but since I didn’t try it personally it would stay as it is. If you are in menopause or pre-menopause, this will help you to balance your body and your hormones in this crazy ride. And it always good to help our body a little bit.

Good vitamin but larger capsules than my prior choice.

One A Day for Women 50 and over is my “go-to” vitamin that I split in half and take half at breakfast/half before dinner. (Better absorption for certain of the mineral/vitamin levels in this vitamin.). Vitamins have seen price increases (as most other products these past few years)so I buy these on Amazon especially when I see a price decrease that is better pricing than my local stores.

I did my research and this is the best One a Day Multivitamin on the market for the value and content.
