Bought this to soothe my blues about working Christmas Eve this year, and wore it for the first time yesterday for super Saturday. It’s great! The velvet is SO soft, and the lining is nice and soft too. Not scratchy at all. Super breathable! I wore it with tights and a blouse underneath (plus accessories) and was comfortable my whole eight hour shift. The skirt is flouncy and twirls great, too. The fur doesn’t shed at all either. As for construction, I didn’t have any issues. The invisible zipper gave me no issues. The only complaints I have are due to the halter and low back, and that’s just a preference thing (although due to the zipper, the one side of the back did keep sliding down a bit. Nothing notable to others though). There’s also some stretch to the back as well which was helpful. Overall I love this outfit so much! I got complimented all day long, and I never got too hot or sweaty. It fit me well (for reference, I got the 3X, and I’m 5’3 at 280 with a 42DDD) and is adorable, so I’m more than pleased. Maybe I’ll get the green next year!

This outfit was and is stunning! This is maybe the best-made costume I have ever purchased off the internet. This is big lush velvety fabric, the cape even has weight to it. It was very well put together, I bought this as part of a Christmas parade costume to wear on the back of a fire truck, it is very form flattering, but at the same time it has enough thickness to hide some heat protectant clothing underneath. I pair this with candy cane striped stockings and boots and I wear this every year, it is adult enough to be cute, modest enough for a crowd. I actually plan on buying the exact same one in the green color so I can mix and match and look like a Christmas elf. This dress also hits just below my knee, I am 5'3", I would suggest an underskirt or petticoat to add to the fullness of the skirt. It is classic red and white. Very true to the picture shown and a far better quality than I had expected. I would share a picture but I do not have one without other people in it. I would buy it!

Oh my goodness! This dress is adorable. The fit is nice, the material is soft and comfortable, and it's just so cute. I'm going to wear this to a con, and I'm stoked to wear something this comfy all day. The cape is also very nice, and I appreciate how thick the straps are. I'd buy this dress in a darker burgundy red if they made it. I took out the front corset ribbons as they seemed busy to me. I wish there was a back corset to fit the dress a little better, but that's my only critique. The fit is still nice. I purchased a small, I'm 5'2" and 135lbs.

This was a hit at the ugly holiday sweater party at work (it definitely is NOT an ugly sweater but still got lots of compliments). Quality is great and it was well sewn, no weird stitching or awkward seams. I added a petticoat underneath for volume. I will take a star away for the invisible zipper (which was a little stiff but lived up to its name, and was an easy fix when it did crap out in the middle of the day) and the back of the bodice (it's sewn with elastic thread with wide spacing; it also is designed to dip a little lower to create a low back look which I don't want) and the corset feature in the front (provides some shaping but isn't layered to do that correctly). I plan to alter the back into a corset style closure and get rid of the zipper all together. Overall a good purchase and I'm excited to wear it through the season and again for St Patrick's Day in a few months (without the hooded cape). For context, I wear a US22 and stand at 5'5"; the 3XL was a perfect fit but snug around the bust.

I’m honestly a little sad that I have to wait until next year to wear it again, but I’m already looking forward to bringing it out for future events. The dress is perfect! Good price for the thick warm fabric! It’s soft, heavy with some stretch and quality fabric. Perfect pair with the cape. I am 5’7 180Ib and it’s short on me, keep that in mind while purchasing. Could have sized down but fits well regardless.

Bought this last year for Christmas dress up at work, I honestly was surprised on the quality of the dress. The material is perfect thickness. I did not get to hot in it. I would say it's true to size, it complimented my figure nicely. It's was worth the price.

I just received my costume. While the dress and cape is good quality and arrived in a sealed bag, both were soiled and dirty. Very disappointed.

READ THE REVIEWS NOT THE SIZE CHART. I'm 5'5", 145 lbs, 36-32-37 I usually get an XL in these particular outfits but based on the reviews I bought an L. It fits like a glove but I tend to like things that fit larger. Could have gone either way. Fits over your head rather than stepping into. Its tight in the bust when wiggling it on. Regardless, it's adjustable and cute AF. UPDATE- after 2 uses, it's falling apart. The corset loops ripped, zipper is broken and the buttons are falling off. TWICE WORN. Do not buy unless you're prepared to reinforce everything. Cute but needs work to be used more than once. Pretty disappointing.

Longer than it looks, cheaper than expected. Not worth the money.
