I'm very pleased with these BestVariant Silicone Ice Cube Molds. Each compartment holds 6 1/2 Tbsp when absolutely full. 5 1/2 to 6 Tbsp would probably be the best to allow for expansion when freezing. They would definitely work for 1/4 cup or 1/3 cup measured portions of broth or some other liquid. I can also see filling this part way for hard lotions or soaps. I can think of several uses besides the elderberry syrup I did use them for.I'm glad they are dye-free and non-toxic. Colors are pretty but not for my food products. The cover is flexible and mostly for stacking and keeping odors and debris out. They don't add any rigidity to the molds. I say this only for information not as any complaint.I would recommend these molds and plan to buy another set.

The terrible smell remain, even after soaking them in hot, soapy water with baking soda added, and the lids are very loose. Worse of all, although they are advertised as being "Premium, Dye-Free, Non-Toxic, US FDA and FREE of BPA and other harmful toxins", there is absolutely not a word on either the box or the trays to that effect. Because of that, I am returning them. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have come across this issue with other food products I have purchased on Amazon.

These trays are much nicer than I expected. They're flexible but sturdy. They don't use a lot of freezer space. I have a feeling I'm going to need more and will be recommending them to friends.

I was looking for ice cube trays to freeze my bone broth that I met these trays are nice and sturdy love the lids and the size of the cube tray and the cubes come out very easy love this product thanks for having such a good product

Luv luv luv. The handle incorporates a slide back mechanism which makes pouring very easy and the pitcher is very sturdy not flimsy. Fits perfectly in side door of frig. Please please make bigger sizes.

I'm using this silicone mold to freeze by portion smoothie, fruits and vegetables purée. It's for my diet. The mold have a big cube size and I got optimal portions. Frozen smoothie and purée dropped out easily. That's what I need!

I used this mold for milk freezing. I've filled the mold very full and during freezing it becomes bigger. Now I will fill it not full. It's necessary to read instructions! I like this mold, frozen milk without any smells and tastes.

I bought this silicone mold without any doubts because it's colorant free and covered with lid. In the set 2 molds and I got 12 big cubes. Ice dropped out easily. I keep the ice in plastic pocket in the freezer, and use when I need it. I'll buy for present for my friends!
