Yes this product is good.Was using a well promoted product but found it's efficacy after a year not working .I changed to these and more effective.

After a serious bowel infection, I needed to build up the good bacteria in my guts. This product definitely helped, as I have far less pain and I’m very regular, which is unusual for me, even before my illness! Definitely recommend.

I’ve been using this for a few months, mainly in the hope of helping heartburn. I can’t really say it has made a difference. I’ll still keep taking it as I do believe adding healthy bacteria to our systems is beneficial. Had no problems in swallowing and no side effects.
