È un integratore valido. Ho provato i gusti caramello salato e cioccolato e caramello, e quest'ultimo è decisamente il migliore. Pur non avendo un forte potere saziante, è una soluzione completa per sostituire i pasti principali, evitando così il rischio di carenze nutrizionali.

I like the taste of this and it can be as thick or thin as you prefer. It keeps my hunger at bay and leaves me with high energy. I’m using it as part of a controlled eating plan and have two shakes a day, I very rarely feel the need to snack or add additional food to my main meal. Helps me keep track of the calories perfectly while giving me the right nutrients.

Arrived on time. Not had this brand before previously used Huel and various other ready made shakes from the supermarket shelf. I chose this product because it would seem a little better value than the Huel powder.First impressions are very nice taste, mixed with half milk/water (salted caramel bandit). I am hoping this will continue to support my weight loss goals.

J'ai testé Banane, Caramel salé et dans la gamme breakfast le Caffe Latte. C'est bon ! :)
