QualGear QG-PRO-PM-TCA-B Pro-AV Truss Ceiling Adapter for 1.5" Npt Threaded Pipe Projector Accessory

This mount is sturdy and well built. I was actually surprised that they don’t sell these for twice as much as they do. I used them to build camera drop mounts. They hold the 10 ft stick of rigid conduit in place securely. I will buy these again in the near future!

Not much to write. It’s a chunk of metal that’s well painted and worked great for my outdoor project.

I bought this to mount an Epson 99WH projector to an overhead lighting grid in a TV studio. The description said it would accommodate up to a 3" pipe or truss and I was going to mount it to a 1-3/4" pipe. I was concerned that I would not be able to tighten the adapter enough to ensure that it would not move on the pipe but it wasn't a problem. There are two small "v"notches that keep the pipe centered making for a tight fit. I had no problem attaching the 1.5" NPT Threaded Pipe to the adapter. All around a great solution.

It included set screws and allen wrench to secure the 1.5 inch down pipe.
