I got these to use and an incentives for my son and I was actually going to order them off target, much cheaper there, but it wouldn’t come in time. Each cone individually packed with a sticker and a chart to keep track of progress

My son was so thrilled with each car in the bag! We used for trick of treating- gave his friends the cars.

Used this to put in party favor bags. They were great. The packaging was good quality and the car seems sturdy as well.

These Hotwheel mystery package makes a great gift. It’s well priced.

I bought this and it is labeled as a set but did not come with tatoos. I ordered a replacement and still no tatoos. I wanted this as party favors but now I'm out of time and unwilling to accept items missing from the set.

Product description states it comes with 10 individually wrapped toys. Package only came with 8
