Excellent for military training, Medium size bag fits 20kg of rice.

Been using it for a week or so now and it seems to he holding up well. Not the highest quality but pretty good for the cost. I used pea gravel instead of sand, incase the inner bags fail it won't make a huge mess, and I'm able to put slightly more weight in each bag if needed.Will update after a few months.

I bought this product in April and unfortunately didn't use it until the end of May (outside of the return window). The inner bag burst open during my very first time using it sending sand literally everywhere. The seam of the inner sand bag itself is what tore completely open. Very poor quality bags if you are looking to do any sort of sand bag exercises. If you plan on using it as a substitute to a free weight and not being aggressive with the bag at all then perhaps it would be better in that application. Would not recommend.

The overall size handles and build is nice but there is a ton of stitching loose ends … for a 75lb bag that will take a beating shall see how it holds up

great handle placementSturdy zipper and stitchingSoft canvas.. not meant to be abused, but still great for many many workouts if you control the bag.(1) 60lb bag of sand from Home Depot filled the big Velcro bag to the top and left over filled the small bag to 50%.I packed strips of folded moving blankets around the bags and tucked folded pieces tightly into void space around the velcro bags.It’s holding up nicely and I can’t wait to workout with it.Again, I DO NOT plan to seek to destroy the fabric or throw this bag around. It’s not sturdy enough for heavy abuse.
