Looks good, easy to install. The quiet close hinges look a little bulky but work great. Good product. Would recommend.

Great toilet seat and easy to install but the installation instructions could be better. For example, it is not clear how the quick release works. I figured it out though, you just raise both lids and gently wiggle it while pulling up. Very sturdy and looks excellent with our wood floors.

I've had 3 of these seats over the years and they do the job and look good doing, multiple designs and colors and the one time I had an issue they set a replacement out thst day. Great product

I did not leave an immediate review for this item as I wanted to use it for a while to see how well it worked and held up. REALLY GLAD I WAITED. Just bought this toilet seat on September 15, 2025 (thats right, 3 whole months ago). The window for return closed in October 2025. With tax, we paid over $50 bucks for this thing, and I just got done PEEING all over the LID and my bathroom FLOOR because the stupid toilet lid will not stay OPEN! When we initially got it, we loved it, even though trying to clean the toilet is an absolute CHORE because when we lift up both the lid and the seat they immediately close. Ok, I reasoned with myself, I guess thats the price we pay for wanting a quiet close seat. Never had one before so we figured apparently thats just what they do. No biggie, I guess. However, NOW, beginning TONIGHT, the LID itself will not stay open on its own. Hence the PEEING all over the lid and my bathroom FLOOR! Give me a break! I should have just gone to home depot and gotten a $9.00 seat! At least I wouldn't have had to deep clean my toilet and floor tonight! Oh, and BTW, tried to get product support but of course, it doesn't have any option for troubleshooting the flippin toilet seat lid not staying open! I am salty right now, to say the very least. Save yourself the problem and just got buy a cheap seat from any home improvement store rather than this thing.

I've had a few wooden and bamboo toilet seats that have cracked and broken often enough that I just couldn't justify replacing one again that was just going to break. I researched online for a long time before deciding on this seat and am really pleased with it. I did have a bit of an issue at first because the seat was slightly warped, so the metal connection bolt was chipping away slightly around the hole. With the help of a friend, we figured out that there was a warp, and that the back was lower than the front. I just so happened to have some additional bumpers right in a drawer in the bathroom (strangely), so I popped those on the back of the seat, a few inches from the bumpers that came with the seat and the problem was solved. This has been a really good seat, the plastic nuts do not loosen, I think I've tightened it once or twice in 6 months, but only because I wasn't sure they were still tight. I like the wood look and the ease of cleaning and durability, I will buy again if I need to, even though there was a slight warp. I know how to adjust that issue with additional bumpers and, since I did that, the seat has not chipped the hole in the toilet and I'm quite pleased with it on the whole.

Very happy with this purchase. I decided to buy another for the other bathroom. The look and texture stands out with the beautiful dark finish. It is not a soft close, instead it is a heavy solid seat and it will make a loud bang if slammed closed. If you have a household that slams toilet seats then this is not for you.

nice item it matched my cabinets perfect and easy to install with a unique little tightening tool included ... i like the slow lowering of seat and lid so no salmming down if dropped... i do find the hinges are a bit sloppy and allows the seat to move a little bit, but not all that much to be really noticeable.. i think was a bit pricey but all in all a nice item..
