It takes a little getting used to the texture. It is very thick when trying to squeeze it form the tubes. It is a little running and then a little too thick to squeeze from tubes. It also has a slight waxy smell that goes away very quickly after applied.

for some reason, this last batch arrived grainy. It feel really gross when I put it on compared to the smooth texture of a previous batch. That hasn't happened in the past and I am wondering if it has something to do with the temperature it is shipped in

Used? Not sure.
I’m not sure if it’s already been used. Items weren’t sealed, jar has a chunk taken out in what looks like a swatch, and lip balm is all dirty on outside like it’s been used. Not happy about this.
