I bought this for my daughter's boyfriend because he unpacks a lot of meat boxes at work. He needed a sharp, efficient utility knife. This one has been great and comes with extra blades stored in the handle. He says if fits his hand well and stayed sharp a long time.

Works well — a little too well, actually. I will advise anyone to be extra-careful when attempting to cut through a box sealed with strapping tape. The blade may cut you when it hits the threads. Just like any other cutting tool, the blade can jump if it is hindered in any way during the cutting process. I cut my index finger with the box cutter as I was holding the box down with my left hand while using the box cutter with my right. The blade got caught on the tape threads and instead of cutting straight through the threads, it jumped and caught my index finger. It only took a second but my finger was sliced fairly deep. Luckily, the cut didn’t require stitches, which was good because it happened right around the Christmas holiday, but I’ve been hesitant about using this tool ever since. I only use it now if it is absolutely necessary to get boxes and other containers open. Be safe.

I spent lots of time researching before getting this Workpro knife, and opening the box was like Christmas. The blade is secure and perfectly sharp. I'm able to slice up cardboard like it's butter, all the while keeping straighter lines. No fraying with even the cheapest packaging materials. In the first week I probably logged 3 hours using the knife, with no hand or wrist soreness. It's comfortable to hold and easily fits in my back pocket.

Um 9 Euro bekommt man ein solides Messer, welches sehr gut in der Hand liegt, hochwertig und robust wirkt. Zusätzlich sind im Preis 10 extra Klingen enthalten – somit ist man fürs Erste bestens ausgestattet. Das Wechseln der Klinge geht auch leicht von der Hand, zusätzlich bekommt man hierfür auch eine kurze Anleitung mitgeschickt. Ich habe das Messer ausgiebig getestet und unterschiedliche Materialen und Stärken geschnitten. Die Klinge flattert nicht (wie häufig bei Messern aus Plastik) auch bei großem Druck. Somit stehen geraden Schnittkanten nichts im Wege. Preis-Leistung super, bin zufrieden.
