I've had my Uggs for about 10 years now. These boots were a gift from my husband for our 7 year wedding anniversary. I was going to give up and buy a new pair since they were old and dirty but figured I'd try cleaning them first. I wish I took a before picture of them. There were gross water and salt stains on the toes from not spray protecting them for the past few years. To my surprise, they look great! Not brand new, but 100 times better than before. For anyone who invested money in Uggs, and we all know they are not cheap, I definitely recommend getting this kit and keeping them looking fresh and clean as often as you can. Highly recommend using the protective spray on a new pair before they get dirty.

Full disclosure - none of these shoes listed are UGG brand.I ordered this product because my doggies got a stain on my new boots from a messy pup cup (first picture). After looking at several reviews, including many of solutions that ruined shoes, I decided on this one mostly for brand trust, despite the higher price.I carefully followed the directions and ended up with an even larger patch of discoloration after the first try. This also happened with the larger boots, which was much more labor intensive given their size.So after two cleansing rounds, with some additional touch ups, I finally got them to be relatively the same color. The final result of the first shoe does still have a slight lighter patch where the original stain was, but I couldn't bring myself to cleanse it a third time.When using the brushes included, one started separating and the other shed significant particles from the boots (pictured).The protectant spray is nice. It dries quickly and seems to keep causal wear scuffs and stains at bay. They are certainly not waterproof, so I will not be taking them out in any rain or snow.Overall, I wouldn't have ordered if I would have known how much time and effort it would take to get clean, even color. Before putting together the before and after pictures, I wasn't sure if it was worth it at all but it did seem to make a difference.
