is this dishwasher safe?

Our product is stainless steel, washing in the dishwasher may scratch the stainless steel surface, our product is easy to clean, just lift the button adjuster and remove the blade. Just rinse under clean water and wipe the surface with a dry cloth.

What is the EXACT range of cutting mm? I'm seeking ½ to 9½.

We have designed three types of slicing blades for our customers. There's a knob in the middle to adjust in five positions, and it's cut from thin paper to 9mm thick. 1mm to 9mm can cut thin and thick slices of carrots and cucumbers.

Is the main blade just the edge the bottom plate? It's not very sharp and can't be removed for cleaning. I can only remove the adjuster assembly

The blade is on the top plate. Ine is sharp. The plate that lowers is just a height adjustment for thickness of cut.
