Best Tuna at a Good Price
The Bumble Bee Solid White Albacore Tuna in Water is easily one of the best canned tunas I’ve tried. The flavor is clean, mild, and consistently high quality—exactly what you want from wild-caught albacore. The texture is firm and not mushy, making it perfect for salads, sandwiches, or adding straight into recipes. What really makes this a standout is the great flavor at an affordable price. With the pack of 8, you get excellent value without sacrificing quality. This is now my go-to pantry staple, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for delicious, reliable tuna.

Good canned tuna
It’s canned tuna. What more can you say? I like that it’s in water and I especially like the high protein content, about 10 more grams of protein than the regular tuna cans. Don’t listen to the reviews complaining about the color, it’s normal for albacore tuna to have some pinks and beige colors within the white. This does not indicate where the flesh is from on the fish or the quality, it is normal albacore color variation. Also the label “WHOLE albacore tuna” does not mean it will be one whole piece of tuna in the can, it is a broad marketing term for tuna loins but even that can still break up partially during processing. It’s normal. Another normal thing to find is scale or bone fragments. I personally have not found any BUT it does happen in any canned fish processing. I swear people will find anything to complain about when it’s literally just good quality canned tuna.

Makes the best tuna melts.
I ordered a couple cans, delivered with care two had small dents on the corners but it wasn't problematic. I always strain in a strainer and rinse in cold water then put on food gloves and hand squeeze the liquid out as a safety precaution and easier than pushing the lid in the can and I just always rinse tuna personally. It was not quite totally solid but it was a full can of quality looking white solid chunks and it tasted great when I added mayo, diced onion and celery. My favorite is toasting in a pan, tuna melts with lightly buttered onion rolls from peprige farms with paperback cheese slices. It's a very filling sandwich. One sandwich is two sittings of meals for me, pair with a nice vegetable soup...ahh...heaven. highly recommend.

it tastes good
nice tasting tuna but it has more water in the can then I like... It tastes good but with anything else canned I don't like all the added weight in canned food... its great and amazing just like with anything else like most canned foods they add to much added weight...
