How well does this handle plastic(Agfa) slides

I scanned some.kodak plastic slides absolutely fine

Will this copy slides in plastic mounts?

Yes - I've managed to scan all my slides in plastic mounts - some of the mounts have been slightly thicker than others but I've still managed to get them in and scan ok.

What power source is needed

Thank you for your question! You will need a USB power adapter such as a phone charger with a 5 Volt 1 Amp output rating. You can also power it using most PC/Laptop USB ports.

Do you *have* to have SD card? I'm reading conflicting reports.

Hi Lily, thanks for your question! While it does have some internal storage, it's enough to hold about 5-10 images. We highly recommend using an SD card.
